Code of Conduct
The conduct of PD Ports suppliers must echo our ethos as a professional and conscious organisation. We make sure we conduct procurement processes in a fair, objective and transparent manner in accordance with relevant legislation. We conform to legal and insurance company standards and use best practice in the application of ethical standards.
In order to make sure suppliers are aware of our values and ethos, and are accepting of them, all suppliers are asked to review and sign up to PD Ports Supplier Code of Conduct as part of the In-tend registration process.
The Code of Conduct is a key document as it demonstrates the commitment of both ourselves and our suppliers to deliver excellence across the supply chain.
