A vacancy has arisen for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer at PD Ports within the IT Service Desk team.

Location: Teesside
Working Arrangements: Monday-Friday – 09:00-17:00

The five main things our 1st Line IT Support Engineer will be working on are:
• Windows 11 Rollout (Primary function for first 6-8 months)
• Telephone and field support of all PD Ports’ IT users, ensuring all calls are logged, categorised and escalated wherever appropriate.
• Installation of laptops, desktops, printers and other peripherals across Tees, Humber and Southern regions
• Maintenance of Active Directory accounts and Exchange mailboxes
• Maintenance of PD Ports stock and asset management system

We are seeking someone who:
• Has 2 years or more experience as a 1st line IT support engineer
• Is customer focussed and has 2 years or more experience in the customer service industry
• Is an effective problem solver
• Has a current driver’s license and owns their own vehicle
