A vacancy has arisen in our property team based in Middlesbrough. As part of the team, you will be accountable for Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Valuation, and other Commercial Property Management functions such as tenant’s applications to assign and consent to alter and service charges.
Our portfolio includes a wide range of leases, from small warehouses to complex 3rd party agreements covering large areas.
Location: Middlesbrough
Working Arrangements: Full time, 35 hours per week
Key responsibilities:
- Delivery of periodic rent reviews and renewals.
- Instruction of external surveyors and legal firms to act on behalf of PD Ports if required.
- Interaction with local authorities and other agencies, tenants, landowners, stakeholders and professional consultants.
- Negotiate agreements relating to all aspects of property and the provision of specialist advice to the leadership and key stakeholders.
We are seeking:
- Chartered Surveyor with at least 3 years post qualification experience (MRICS).
- Excellent leadership & communication skills.
- A team player who pro-actively builds productive relationship across the senior leadership team.
- A solution focused attitude with a desire to deliver excellent customer service.
- Geographic Information System (GIS) experience.
