On behalf of PD Teesport Board, being the Port Marine Safety Code Duty Holder for the Ports of Tees and Hartlepool, and having considered all the requirements of the Port Marine Safety Code, including reviewing the risk assessment and safety management system, certify that the Ports of Tees and Hartlepool meet the standards required by the Port Marine Safety Code.
